Why do people change guilds?

Silly Garth, at least tell people that you can earn get-out-of-permadeath-free points by killing people with the yellow runes in part 3 of the Shroud. Triple points for clerics, Quadruple points for monk splashes (<= 3 monk levels), and double points for Warforged.

hold on... hasn't sergod rolled a wf cleric monk splash recently - that would be... like... 24 points!!!!

Lots of reasons this what i have seen:
Guild leader has a problem and boots a couple of people , then finds out that couple of people are more well liked than the guild leader!

Guild leader forgets his med's and goes phyco, starts booting people and OMG even disbands the guild.

But really it is just all drama, if someone is really getting to you , drop group and walk away from the computer , thats always the best thing to do.

Been in one guild since the game opened. Is it just grass is greener or do peoples DDO egos get to big?

I need someone to break it down.
