    Default intell enhancements and skill points.

    Do the wizard intell enhancements increase the number of skill points we receive on level up? or are they counted like enchantment bonuses for the purposes of skill points?

    enhancements do not count towards your bonus for skill points per level.

    only base points, level points, and tomes.
