level 4 scrolls

so i just reached wizard level 7, and I can't find level 4 spell scrolls to scribe. people keep telling me to check the portable hole in house P, but there's no such place. can anyone direct me to a level 4 scroll vendor please?

I'm not too up on where to buy arcane scrolls, but try checking the shops in House P. Also maybe the shop next to the teleporter in House J, I know they have some arcane/divine stuff there, too. The Portable Hole is a place you can teleport to and isn't in any particular house. Push comes to shove you can ask someone you know to get you a teleport scroll and you can then teleport yourself to the Portable Hole - you can buy all your arcane scrolls from there.

If you're on Khyber, give me your character's name and I'll mail you some Tele scrolls so you can go shopping in the Hole.

What you need to do first to get to the Portable Hole is find a caster or bard that can scroll teleport.
Ask them for a teleport to the Portable Hole, cause that's the only way to get there the first time.
After you're there, if you can use them, they sell teleport scrolls, but if you wanna save money and
be able to get back there yourself, you can use the trick many use to avoid running to Meridia again.
Inside the Portable Hole is a bar and a person you can ask to resurrect you there if you die. Bind when
there, and you can walk into any bar and type /death to die instantly and you'll rez there for free.
Important though not to type /death anywhere but in bars though cause only in bars does it not damage
your equipment like a normal death.

Specifically for level four though, I thought that there was a magic shop in house Jorasco that sold at
least level four. I could be wrong, but worth getting to the portable hole at least once anyway if you
are a caster or UMD character.

instead of teleporting, just go to Jorasco, theres a shop next to redwillows ruins quest (along the east wall IIRC), that has another scroll vendor, lvl 4-5

thanks for the replies, i checked house J and didn't find any level scrolls, luckily a teleport scroll dropped in Co6, so i ported myself to the hole and vboila, an entire list of level 4 spells to cast at my leisure.
