I tried to update my risia server but whenever I do it stops it says error with the patch at the same spot 11% 20/296 after it examines and before the last step. So I tried getting a fresh copy from here and got the same issue please help thank you very much.

Did you completely uninstall the older version of Risia you had? There can be a file conflict at times.

also if you unistalled it make sure that all of the files in c:\program files\turbine\*****-risia have been deleated

personally deleted all after i uninstalled i have it in an external drive folder so i know where it all is

Unfortunately, for a bad download, the only thing I can think of is a repeated download and delete until it makes it past the sticking point.

well the risia dl might be corrupt cause no matter what I do it always sticks
