Default Question for the Devs/Turbine team

To clear some confusion of who-does-what, I respectfully request if someone could answer...

What job position/team is responsible for developing/blueprinting new content and feature ideas for the DDO product?

To rephrase it another way, "who" (what position or team) decides what is going to be worked on for DDO?

I'm not looking for specific names, nor am I looking for someone to set a paper bag on fire on their doorstep... I'm simply trying to clarify for a multitude of people who I personally think have the wrong answer as fact in their minds, including a couple of private debates.

    Quick (short) answer is cool!

    Thanks in advance guys!

I believe that the dec team all go into a meeting where the higher ups at Turbine look at new player registrations stats, polls, goals that need to be met player comment son the forums and the time frame for when they want to put out the mod. I don't believe the person that creates dungeons sits there and say "well, I think I am going to add 2 low level 25 migh level and 2 raids."

I could be wrong but they all have bosses that tell them what they want to see in the next scheduled release.

I imagine their office starkly remind me a the movie "Office Space"

"Yeah, Peter you have those TPS reports..."

SO I highly doubt that the team that we all talk to and know have a SAY into what gets into each MOD but the higher ups make the final decisions.

The like I said I could be all wrong. At least I hope not.
