Previously, save DCs in tooltips for spells would intermittently be incorrect?

Previously, save DCs in tooltips for spells would intermittently be incorrect (especially immediately after equipping an item). This should no longer happen.

I saw this in the release notes for Mod 8 for Risia, I was wondering, does this mean that Save DC tooltips are coming back? Because currently they are not displayed.

This is beside my original point, but also yesterday I noticed my friends list has at least 1/3 the names it had in it about a week ago, I was looking for some people last night not to see if they were on, but to find their characters name as I find some names hard to remember as they are not names that I know in everyday life, or their names are just crazy like: Frandiousnarceous or Cyrenixec and I need help remembering the letters in order to pronounce it, well all of those names have gone missing as well as some others that I can recall off the top of my hat. I'm don't mind re entering all the values, as long as the friends list works, but I'm not going to consider it an asset tell it is repaired, as for now it just seems to be getting worse.

I'm pretty sure there was a recent dev post saying DC's are coming back.
