Devs, any comments on the warforged brute fighting enhancement? Working as intended?

Here's something I posted a little while back, just curious on the deal with this enhancement:

Ok, so I've had 1 extra AP to spend for a while on my barb, and got sick of being reminded of that 1 AP in the corner, so figured I'd spend it. Didn't really want anything, so I wanted to try warforged brute fighting (increases the hate of your attacks, 1st tier is 10% more hate.)

The odd thing is, when I rage, it turns off. And when I try to click it back on while raged it says I'm too enraged to perform that action. This can't be working as intended, can it? I mean, I can use clickies and it's fine, it stays on. Only when I rage does it turn off, and won't turn on for the duration of the rage.

I found it odd. Working as intended?"

my guess is that it's implemented as a "stance" and while in barbarian rage, you can't go into stances (right? O_o)

Power Attack is a stance. Barbarians can enter that just fine while raged.

No, I think the Devs consider it "concentrating" and thus can't be used while raged, whereas PA is just "me hit harder lawl".

Hmm...and I was just planning that into my new Barb, I guess not.

Well if that's not a bug, it should be. That doesn't make any sense, more brutal fighting meshes nicely with a rage.
