Granny2.dll File Corrupt

I've been crashing quite a bit recently, and every time I do the bug report shows up a problem with granny2.dll. I've read the other two (year old) threads on this subject, and neither of them was of any help.

I'll crash when clicking on npcs, just messing around, questing, logging in/out, or a number of insignificant events. Seeing as how the game is massive and would take awhile to re-download and re-install I would prefer to try to fix this issue. The other threads had a support reply saying to use the repair feature of the installer, but that, too, would require I completely re-download the game.

These crashes often occur at bad times (during raids) and disrupt gameplay, so I would like to fix this.

If there is a core file problem, reinstalling may be the only option, you can try removing that file from the ddo directory (to a separate folder) and see if it repatches but that may not be enough.
