Wait... 3 seconds per caster level? Really? OUCH!!! Is it really necessary for Paladins to have ANOTHER low duration spell? Half the duration of haste is ridiculous. If you want to keep it at that duration, I expect a LOT more spell points than I'm currently getting, or I want the spell enhancement for healing to provide longer duration buffs.. like 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%
I'm sorry, but Paladin's are ALREADY too clickie based, I don't want another!

would you people check the dev tracker.. Eladrin has posted twice that the compendium is wrong and it is the 4th level spell version and the compendium version is old..

You'd think by now that people would realize the compendium is correct slightly LESS often than a magic 8ball thats been drained of water. OP, please wait for the dev notes or risia experience before overreacting to every little thing.
