Barbarian Prestige Enhancements?

As Matt proposed, i would like to see the bear Warrior, tho, i doubt it will make it before the druids, or maybe it will, and it will be a good testing for shapechanging. I wish my barb could transform into a bear, and the bonus to str/con is just ridiculous when you hit the last bearshape .

And it makes a perfect 3 steps PRe.
lvl6 - Black bear (+8str/+2dex/+4con when changing shape)
lvl15 - Brown bear (+14str/+2dex/+6con when changing shape)
lvl18 - Grizzly bear (+20str/+2dex/+8con when changing shape)

Each time you take another level of bear warrior, you gain 1 transformation per rest. So 1 per tier for a maximum of 3 per rest.

I think it would be a pretty cool idea, and would add some flavour to the class.

P.S. Dont rate my PRe suggestion, I'm not a DDO dev, and this was just put so forumites who dont know this DnD prestige class have an idea of what it is all about.

Ad before every one freaks out abotu the +20 STR there are some DOWN sides to it at least in PnP as most of your gear meld with you and stops functioning so you do lose a bunch of other bonuses noramly.

There is also that a claw attack (crit on a 20 x2 crit) is less powerful then a rapier attack (crit on 18-20 x2) in ddo. That is a big downside. I had a bear warrior character in pen and paper who was a grappling specialist, but alas no grappling in ddo. I still would have alot of fun making a bear warrior - turning into a bear when I rage would be very cool. I would make a barbarian if they added bear warrior for sure. This would be a first step toward making a shape shifting druid in regards to programming so very worthwhile pursuit making the bear warrior pre.

Pretty much sums it up. Barbarians need love as much as Sorcerers need Spell Points.

Lets wait and see if the whole "equalisation" of melee types actually works before S&B melee´s fall behind again.

Frenzied Beserker would rock, but do they really need love? They already stole fighters best prestige class really.
