There are only a few players on the server that I know that I won't team with and one that I can't stand / despise, etc... and he's in a very good guild, one that I team with a fair bit. I don't believe in blaming their guild or lumping the whole guild together based on the actions of one person, or taking it up with his guild leader, well because most people know who it is and it's probably not really going to do much to take it up with his guild leader and just creates hostility for nothing. You are just best off just putting them on your list, telling your friends and avoiding them.

Wow, in day 2 of the game I fell to my death 3 times in STK and the guild leader of the group I ran with invited me to his guild afterwards and taught me some cool stuff fast.

Yes, be wary of the inexperienced little nooby who today is just that, but in a few weeks or months is leading quests and raids and turns out to be pretty okay.
