    Default Saving updates to disk

    Hello

Is there a way to save all the updates to a cd/dvd so I don't have to wait for the download after logging in? I just had to do a complete restore and lost DDO. Waiting for the 12585 updates to load is nuts. I'd like to save them so if I have to do a restore again (which seems likely) I can just load the updates from a disk.

    Thanks!

PS if anyone has an idea of why my laptop (running Vista) makes a loud beeping sound after the first screen, I'd love ot hear it. I reset the BIOS, reverted to earlier version, and finally restored. None of it worked. The Geek Squad gave it a look and said ", good luck". It doesn't do it everytime, like the 10 times I started it at Best Buy and it was fine. Should stuck to Apple.

The only way would be to back up your ddo folder to a dvd, then install normally, copy over the .dat files from your backup to have a minimal download.
