    Default D/L installer stopping on BIN2

    I went to the site and started the D/L process. @ http://www.ddo.com/articles/962
    I finished the first BIN no problems, got to the second one and stopped dead.
    The D/L app is still active it just says "disconnected from the server" over and over again when I hit resume.
    I've tried quitting the app restarting, deleting everything, re-downloading it starting all over.
    I tried the chat support but no one picked up, I sent them a message that no one has replied to yet.
    I just reactivated my account and POW!
    I have no firewalls turned on at the moment...
    I was so thrilled that they had easy access to D/L the client from their site, should have known that would be too easy.

    Anyone know of alternate site to get them from or a different solution?

    Chat support has been online constantly so if no one is picking up on that and you are disconnecting from the download you may have firewall/network issues. Do you have a firewall? what type of network are you on? do you have antivirus software running as well?
