Quest items & rewards never appear

I've already contacted Turbine support about this and have heard nothing for days so I thought I'd check here.

Quest specific items, or items that you receive for completeing a quest, don't show up on the screen for me. The window comes up and tells me to select the items I want to take but nothing is listed. Treasure from normal chests and monsters shows up fine. I've only completed one quest in the game and that was because a GM came in and ended it for me. But when I went to the barkeep there was nothing in the reward window to select. I've only had the game for about a week and a half and it's been almost completely unplayable that entire time. I've tried different characters on different servers but it makes no difference.

I don't want to waste my entire free 30 days just trying to get the game to work. Has this problem happened to anyone else? If so, how did you get around it?

If the items just are not showing up it may be character related, did you try a new character? also ingame support will be best equipped to help with this type of issue.

This happens to all toon's on any server. They were unable to resolve the issue in-game. The GM was putting the quest objects at my character's feet but I still couldn't see them. I've reported this as a bug (again) but still have not heard any official response from tech support.

I'm almost halfway through my free introductory time and we have until then to get the issue resolved. The game looks fun but I'm not going to pay for a game I can't play.

hey what i would try doing is puting the game back in i bet you got a down load error that will probley fix ur prob

as he stated, the next best option is reinstalling, perhaps you have corrupt data.

try changing to low res textures if you're using hi res, or vice versa
