It's a long shot, but here goes.

I need large scales, shrapnel, arrows, and stones.

I would like to do a 5 to 1 on smalls, and a 10 to 1 on mediums.

For example. You have an extra large stone laying around, and you want 5 small shrapnels for it. I've got you covered. Or you have an extra large arrow and you are thinking I need an assortment of mediums, like 2 shrapnels, 2 scales, 2 bones, 2 stones, 1 arrow and a chain. I once again have you covered.
