Just to let you know the collar unfortunately does not stack with haste

Yep, know that ty. Had an argument with my guild leader over it until was proven wrong :-p. But very nice for solo running saves me guzzling haste pots all the time and i believe it does stack with tempest. Have one on one toon and it provides a nice boost (not huge and not useful when kept fully hasted).

Got multiple sets of course they are superior that is why they are raid loot. Have some advantages, but stopping spell casting is also a pain, not what I am after or why I posted this thread. Originally Posted by nbhs275

they dont stack with haste but my understanding is they do stack with tempest unless I am wrong and I could be.
