thats coz most people do not really use bows and these are really not the "uber" bows even thou its cheap

Agreed. Send them to your highest haggle character and dump them off at the House D vendor.

Unfortunate, but I'd have to agree.

With the tight crit range for the bursting/maiming/puncturing/banishing effects to kick in, and with the various options of transmuting/elemental-bursting greensteel bows out there for similar levels as these, greater banes or perhaps the Silver Longbow would be about the only other bows worth selling for more than face value.

Otherwise, I'd probably recommend selling these here or on the AH with a buyout price of slightly above their face value as it isn't terribly tough to find similar weapons at the House D vendor or at the AH with a low buyout.

Might be worth trying to sell the great crossbow on AH though as it does have the best crit range for ranged weaps and there are a few people out there with the Great X-bow feat just for that reason.

The disruption longbow may be worth trying to sell for a little bit more as well as it at least doesn't have to crit to work the way you want it to.
