Undeath to Death Spell (does it work)

Hello,
Has anyone used the Undeath to Death spell lately?
I’ve been casting it on zombies, skellys, and all other types of undead, and it always says it’s immune... Does anyone know if the spell is bugged or am I not using it correctly?

It "works" but the HD requirement is exceeded by any but the lowest level of quests. It's very very useless.

If you go to Catacombs, you could have some fun with the spell.

But, the hit die limit cripples the spell viability.

it has a severe HD limit. compounded by most undead having very high HD to begin with. (this is also why turning doesn't work well for most clerics).

It is of some use, even in Delera's on Elite. Arcane skellies have low HD.
But Archers have rediculously high HD (and HP).

However, this spell and circle of death are both only useful for high lvl casters to breeze through low lvl quests, and have fun.

I haven't tried Circle of Death on fiendish bats yet.

Actually, Undeath to Death is even worse than Circle of Death, because the Undead have a lot more HD than most other mobs.
(maybe they'll add undead bats in the next mod)

Symbol of Death works on Fiendish Bats.

I'm not sure how Circle of Death works, but maybe that'll help.

In part 2 and 4 on elite its worth the xtra XP you get from conquest....
