Pretty simple really.
Some quests have traps. If your "trap sense" goes off (a little danger icon pops up at the top of the screen), click the "Search" button. You may have to drag this from the Skills page to a hotbar. After searching, you may find a trap box (if your search is high enough). Click on the box, then click "disable device" (again, you may have to drag this to you hotbar, if it isn't already there). If the trap box opens, you disabled it. If it doesn't, try again. If it blows up in your face, apologize to your party. Theives' tools, Disable Skill, INT bonus, Disable item (goggles, etc.), and your roll all factor in to this... but most rogues try to max out the Search, Disable, and Open Locks skills.

Ok, its aproximatively what i was trying, but my sence trap never activated, but it arleady happened that i did some search near an area that revealed to be a trap after walking in... (yeah i did big apologise to my party in that one)
and after the trap blowed in us i tried to find out how to disarm it, could i have more information about those case, is that possible to disarm a trap that is arleady activated ? and is that every kind of trap that is possible to disarm, and if it blow in my face, is that possible to try again after a litle visit to the rest shrine ? :P and a last thing, most of the time i was trying vs trap, it was in a dungeon level 5, it might be possible thats why i never got able to find out the spot to disarm it
and thanks alot for the help by the way

If you were in a high level quest and don't have your Search max'ed out and/or good gear, then you will likely not find the box. There is no roll for Search, so you either have a high enough Search to find the box, or you don't.
Whether or not your trap sense goes off has to do with your spot skill, if the quest level is too high then you won't get a warning.
You can disable a trap after it has been activated. In some cases, you will have to go through the trap to get to the area that has the box. In other cases, the barbarian will run through the trap before you get there and say "Hey, I found a trap. Cleric, heal please?" Feel free to disable the trap or not, depending on how fast your party is moving. I usually do the trap anyway for extra XP and say, "I'll catch up"
If you blow up the trap box (fail your disable device roll by more than 5) there is nothing you can do to repair it. The box is broken and the trap cannot be disabled. Note, there are some traps in the game that DO NOT have trap boxes.
If you are only 1 level of rogue right now, and new to the game (without money to buy nice gear), you have very little chance of being able to do trapwork much above your level. If you really want to do traps, try to keep your Search, Disable, and Open locks max'ed and look for good gear. Spot will help you with danger sense, but it isn't necessary. As for loot, if someone in the group pulls some goggles of minute seeing, etc., don't feel bad to politely ask if you can have them... it will help everyone.

Also, if you don't mind the "spoilers" unless the whole party is new, someone will usually be able to tell you where the traps are.
Like stated, some traps don't have a box, they're a 1-time thing. On the other hand, some traps have 2 boxes, so if one blows up, you can always try the other one. (Assuming you can get through the trap to the second one.)
Also, put a few APs into the Rogue Skill enhancements. (Also, potions of Fox Cunning.) To help disable nasty / troublesome traps.

Your Danger Sense / Secret door nearby skill is based on your Spot skill. If you don't have a high enough Spot your first warning is going to be when the trap goes off. Pure rogues should invest in spot skill. there is a separate thread on what the max rogue and other skills need to be to spot, disable, unlock, .. etc. Do a search for it.
