On average you get about one scale per run - average price 18k PP on a good day (plus maybe 5k PP in vendor trash). You could instead spend the same time lootrunning the Shroud, average 8k PP in vendor trash, one 'keeper' of an item every ten runs, and pretty much always get one large ingredient - worth 175k PP on a good day (Scale), or 50k PP on a bad day (Bone).

Of course, if you find hte Tor more fun, by all means run it, but it IMO hardly qualifies as a lootrun.
Totally correct, except the 1 scale per run part(was more like1 scale every 3 runs), which is I why Ive all but given up that quest and run other things now. If they were really going for just 18k plat a piece it would be a simple matter, theyre going for much more on G, cant get one starting less than 30k. Usually packaged, for more plat than I have laying around at any given point. If I had any luck pulling decent items to auction(that i dont want) it would also be different. I find making/leveling characters to be 100% more fun than loot runs(raids) most unfortunately...... this might not be the case if I actually had luck in the loot dept though... ah well.

Try 50+ runs through shroud 1 and NOT a single power shard. Dice roll or not, that has got to be a bit ridiculous

that idea has some merit... have to think on it a bit but yeah, it sounds like it would help casula gamers keep up while still dangling a carrot for the hardcore guys

This is a blatant fabrication. Do not believe this man!

As for tier 3's, I have 2(TWO) of them. I've been playing about 26 hours/week since Shroud came out(That's a lot for a casual gamer). This should give the Devs something to chew on.

That would explain the giant plinko board the gnolls are building out by the burning city.

I have never seen a person get " no ingredient" in act 5 unless of course they ddor out. It sounds like you are only completing act 4 and not looting the act 5 chests.
Yep, full completion w/loot. I periodically have the same thing happen in part 2. Runners of no ingredients dropping. *shrug* I just write it off after a moment of frustration. The part 4&5 ones are the more annoying though.
