I was thinking of making a Skiver for my new Sorc, but if I can get the Arch Magi on a helm I can wear my Electric Haze. Just gotta see where I can pick up Greater Arcane Lore.

Or you could get just plain old arcane lore (+6%, +0.25) from the elf-craft robe/docent
