Strange Map Bug.

So after reactivating my account and installing/patching yesterday, I finally get into the game. Everything is working fine, just the way it used to. Until I realised my minimap and map aren't working. This only happens outside while running around in the city. The maps on both minimap and normal map function fine in the harbour dungeons and I assume so in other places. I've uploaded two screenshots to Photobucket to show you what I mean.

Has anyone seen this before and if so, know how to fix it?

If you just reinstalled, I'm not sure, you may want to submit a bug. Try deleting the userpreferences.ini file in the my documents>ddo folder though.
