Blueshine offers a hide bonus of +4 and Command has a hide penalty of -6.

The Purpose of Blueshine primarily lies in the fact that it is nigh indestructable. Hence my looking for a set of +5 Blueshine Fearsome Mithral Fullplate.

Do you mean you it does not take much damage and you do not have to repair much?

blueshine makes it immune to rusty/ooze damage. however it is not possible to get blueshine and fearsome on the same item unless named. this is coz both are prefixes
