Can anyone advise on the value of a Wiz VII Helm, no RR. I'm looking in terms of plat, large ingredients (excluding scales) and also is it worth a bloodstone?

Unfortunatly, since nowdays there are a lot of good alternatives, it's not worth all that much.
Maybe 100k plat if you are lucky...

I'd agree ... 100k. It's a nice levelling item if usable at LV11. Lots of named loot (thelis ring, glacial bracers, and I think even another) and that pesky skiver to do the job while allowing you to keep your heavy fort and +16Hp helm.

Thanks for the valuation. Doesn't seems like a "sought after" item, will keep it for myself then. Unless someone wants to offer large ingredients.
