My friend is trying to get his DDO up and running but is getting a message that looks something like this:

launcher error system.outofrangeexception: index and length must refer to a location within the string. parameter name:length
at syestem.string.substring (int32 startindex, int32 length)
at com.turbine.launcher.launcher.main()
