There is value to both items. It really depends on what item slots you have left available, and what exactly does that person need. Who knows, there could be a person out there that is using the Tumbleweed Ring(+6 DEX, +2 to hit, +10 tumble) and really doesn't need to use his Spectral gloves(+5 DEX, +2 to hit, Ethereal) except for the ethereal part. So, yes there could be a person out there that wouldn't mind having the Ethereal Bracers(parrying, ethereal) to keep his ethereal and gain a point of AC.

Now I'm not saying these are equal valued item, I'm just saying there could be a person out there willing to do this. Granted, 100k might not be enough to entice them, but, I'm sure that there is someone out there willing to do this 'downgrade' for the bracers.
