It's a great novelty item, but not really effective. You'll get a lot for it though just because people want them. Probably get about 700-800K plat for it

Geesh, had no idea that those were that valuable. Still doesn't make me want to sell my +3 version. But I will agree with Boldrin, it is very ineffective. I only use mine in Ritual to get the gnolls off the ledges above, and even in there, I'd say it's around 50% that I vorp them or dps them. Reason why it does vorp about 50% of the time, is that the axe itself doesn't do much damage, so you get lots of opportunities to roll a 20.
