I don't talk much (usually because it cuts into my drinking time, like that other thing....oh yeah, breathing).

I ususally just hit 'em with some knowledge.

Fire is loud, but doesnt care for good or evil.
Only the stone can do so little, yet say so much.

I have to agree on this one. Guilds, friends and passers-by should have a say in this prestigious occasion. Maybe you should change the title to Mr. Harbor or Mr Market Place or even Mr House Phiarlian ect.

Maybe Khyber should have a say in who is judging as an alternative. Volunteers get put on a poll and top 6 winners get to judge. This way Khyber has a little say in the event.


Oh, and I don't mind running for Ms Khyber either.

I'm pleased to be a contestant in Fretgoop's pageant, as I said. And I'm very happy with his rules.

Any actual contestants attempting to bestow such "favors" will not be favorably judged by The Qwij.

The last part of my post, where I refer to my own posts as "spam", is a form of humor called "self-deprecating". What that means is, I am picking on myself. This is usually done to show that someone is not taking themselves too seriously. In this case, it was done deliberately in an attempt to show you that the line immediately preceeding that one was also meant in good humor.

Since you didn't pick up on it, allow me to translate my response for you:

I hope that clarifies things for you. So you know, I tend to pick on myself a lot. If you see me doing it and yet still manage to get offended, I suggest you re-read that which offends you.

My next sentence is laced with sarcasm, in case it isn't clear:

I want you to know that both myself and the Khyber community as a whole greatly appreciate you giving a hard time to players who are trying to organize server events for the benefit of all. We clearly have too many of them.
