Default Do potency/devotion items affect dragonmark healing?

Just curious if a halfling's dragon marks are increased by using a potency item or a devotion item.

I know metamagic feats are affecting dragonmarks, so my guess would be yes, i cannot confirm it at this moment tho.

Yes they do apply. Cleric/Pally/Ranger/Bard healing enhancement lines add to the dragonmarks as well.

Absolutely. My halfling fighter/ranger/rogue has the full 40% ranger devotion, and a superior devotion VI item (to pump up the Heal of the third level of marks). He's easily taken the place of a cleric during a Madstone Crater run full of melees. I think my Heal's pretty much fill up anybody's hp bar. Unfortunately that gets me playing the game of how low can they go before I hit them, sometimes having me regret waiting just a second too long before throwing it.
