Okay, Turbine, time to get off your asses and fix the friends list. This game is meant for grouping, you need to make sure your tools that help enable that are working.

Having a borked friends list (again...) for months on end is rather inexcusable.

We never did get our 'big summer update' as promised, so when Turbine had the time to fix the dreaded 'E' word as it applied to the last content there should have been time to patch a fix to the Friends List even if there wasn't time to fix anything else.

This game is all about grouping. Fix the bloody Friends List already!!!

By the way... imagine yourself at your job....

And someone comes up to you (not your boss) and tells you to get off your ass and get this done right now....

Are you more or less likely to work on that right away???

And don't say you are a customer... It's not like you're the million dollar account at an ad agency... you're like one customer of many at McDonalds... what kind of service would you get today if you walked into McDonalds and told the kid behind the counter to get off his ass and make you a burger?? (If he DOES make it, I wouldn't eat that burger if I were you)

As far as I can tell, at least the online status and grouping status are often wrong.
