Can a Bard use all of his songs on himself? Or is he only affected by his own Inspire Courage?

I know that Inspire Competence needs to be on someone else and cannot be on-self. However, you should get the effects of the other two.

The only thing a bard can't do is inspire competence on himself/herself.
