Most of my Builds nowadays feature lots of Raid gear and +2 tomes. Thats how I play the game. But I understand that many folks dont play that way and still want to run a solid build but dont know what direction to go. They often feel they could never acheive the loot presented in builds so they dont want to try it.
THis is for you. This build offers excellent Damage potential, Full Two Weapon Fighting, Nice solid AC, Great saving throws, lots of Hit points, and best of all only requires 400 Favor and a Single +2 tome to shore up your AC with Combat Expertise. If you dont have the TOme, just grab any ole' feat in place of CE and whenya reach 1750 or get that +2 Int tome, Swap that feat out.
Of course, this build can benefit from +2 Tomes in any stat, so feel free to add em if ya obtain them!
I feel this is one of the best options for a Casual gamer who has their Drow favor, but the idea of grindng to 1750 is perhaps a bit overwhelming.
NOTE: Dex Requirement for ITWF & GTWF. THe Requirement for these feats is a 17Dex. We start with a 16 Here. There are 2 ways to get there. Easiest, Take your Level 4 Stat Increase in DEX. THis puts you at 17. You then will Drop Elf Dex 2 and Pick up FIguter STR III you end up spending 2 More ACtion points on Stat increases, but Net the same End numbers.
THe other Option is a +1 Dex Tome. These are pretty comon now, SO if ya have one I'd use it on this guy and stick to the build as presented.
