My gimp fighter with buffs gets in the mid 60s ac, has close to 500 hp unbuffed, and cranks out the dps while twf . You want an equipment list or the fact that Norg has tanked or meleed on elite shroud, elite vods, and elite hounds many times.

I'd wager that, in all likelihood, the Dwarven Defender will maintain its prereqs. of Dodge and Combat Expertise (Int 13), since that type of character is likely going to have them ANYWAY in DDO.

Please check your DMG agian for teh requierments for dwarf defender, I'm very sure CE is not one of them.

True enough. The requirements are Dodge, Endurance and Toughness.
