A few questions about monk dr

1) Anyone know the fromula for blocking dr withnout a shield ie. two handed fighting fighrters?
2) Is there a difference between blocking dr of a monk not in mountain stance and a blocking dr of a fighter without a shield (bab being =)?
3) Does the improved shield blocking proficiency add to dr of non shield users and does this transfer over to the monk in or out of mountain stance?
3) How is shield blocking with a weapon calculated?
Any help on any of these questions would be appreciated.
