The haggle bonus is a competence bonus and is the same type as any other haggle bonus, but it does serve as a nice ML: 6 vorpal with no RR. I'd like to have one, not because its efficient to vorpal at level 6 but just to have it.

I dont think it stacks.

I checked the screenshots of the Vorp sickle of haggling, and its a +3 competance bonus. The ring of lies (from stormreaver) is a +10 competance bonus to haggle. Since the ring of lies doesnt stack with normal +15 items, I don't think the sickle will either. I cant get in game, but I would bet that normal items are +15 competance bonuses as well, so only the item would count.

The item that DOES stack (ventilated bracers) is an enhancement bonus.

To be sure you could ask davey to check as he seems to have one (or twelve). If they do somehow stack, I might need to get one of these myself
