Hi,

I'm Necroshade Xen'Umbra. This is the follow-on post to 19037's post about Kids 12 and Under. I'm pleased to announce that I am starting a guild for kids. All kids not looking for power games, not looking for a boss come and play with a kid who's just looking for other nice kids to play with. You are required to be a kid. I'm shooting for 12 and under, but will take up to 14. I don't care if you play well? I don't care if you need help? I just want other nice kids to play with. 19037 is my dad and will be watching the guild for our safety, but the guild is ours to make great. We have the support of guilds like the Umber Hulks and their friends.

Come play with us. Our guild is "The Muppet Show" (my dad thought that would be really funny, but I like it)

even kids like cool names.

my friends son is 7 yrs old and he draws pictures of characters he has created with names like:


- the assassin
- black pirate
- super tank
- the wizard


he is a child, but doesnt like being treated like one.

He has even started playing PNP with us............ despite his fathers attempts to influence his actions in-game I insist that he lives and dies by whatever actions he chooses to take.........be they good or newbish.


When he said he wanted to walk up to a group of bugbears and pretend to be one of them, with no disguise of any sort......... I warned him that they dont like him and he wouldnt be hiding anymore........... he said "ok, I know"

They attacked and chased him for miles.............. it made a great distraction for the rest of the group to do what they needed to do. Sadly I dont think he thought far enough ahead to plan an escape. He got captured, lost all his stuff but they rescued him later.

His character is now 4th level and he doesnt feel like he is cut out to be a rogue so he is multi-classing a a fighter. I did tell him he should go dex fighter to take advantage of his dexterity and he agreed that he is not very strong so he would do it.

Best of luck onthe guild.... Maybe a "Muppet" guild will have the benefit of allowing us to get rid of the "No Muppets" **** some peole insist on using in their LFM's even.... Since it could be constreued as derogatory to this guild

Fantastic idea! Also good because now maybe some players will temper their questionable language when they see this guild in the group...

If I run into any of ya on a lowbie in game, I may just throw ya some gear or plat if I see the guild tag. This is really great!

I find it pretty disheartening that people have to struggle so hard to find so many problems with what everyone else is doing.

One of my guildies uses this phrase in her lfms all the time, and she has taken a surprising lot of abuse over it. I find it pretty ridiculous that people have to attack someone for using some catch phrase that they happened to think was cute.

What's really interesting is that the guildy of mine that happens to use it drags more clueless and newb puggers through more quests than anyone else I know.... so many that I honestly wonder a lot how she stomachs dealing with all of them and keeping them together.

If you all have nothing better to hate on people for than that, well that says a lot about your gameplay imo, cause I'm sure you could find something better to do.

In regards to the guild, I'm sorry you chose to use a name with this sort of existing stigma but I wish you all the best and I really hope the lot of the younger kids on the server can find a place to have fun here.
