I'm thinking of making a Bow using Warchanter. Input on build and/or other suggestions on Warchanter weapons please.

Go Halfling DEX-based spec'ed for Repeating Crossbows and don't ever look back.

Alternatively, two Ranger for Bow Strength isn't a terrible idea.

However, Power Attack doesn't work with ranged attacks, so it's a wasted feat, since you do need it to be a Warchanter.

I'm pretty sure you only need 1 level to get bow strength....and 2 gives you TwF and rapid shot.

Yup, I always get that one wrong.

A big stretch to be worth it.

Weapon Focus: Ranged won't count for the Warchanter spec, so you'd need to 'waste' power attack and WF: Piercing/slashing/bludgeoning to get a +1 to-hit, +2 to damage enhancement (and 5/- dr sometimes). It's a big tradeoff.

I would advise you to actually look through the bard forums. Every month there is somebody that wants to make a bow shooting bard. I personally have posted on three different threads on this very subject right here on the bard forums..

Thread 3 is a spellsinger, but decent discussion in there although slightly redundant with the first two...

My recommendation is 14 bard 2 ranger or 12 bard 2 ranger 2 fighter...
