Couple of options for you if you are tolerant of a bit of zerging/farming:

Optimally, I would farm "an offering of blood" for the Spectral Gloves. On our server there are usually a few groups per night that are either farming this quest or are running through it for flagging, so it shouldn't be too hard to get into some quick runs (it can be a very quick quest maybe 5 to 10 minutes). Pair these with any disruptor (light mace probably your cheapest option on the AH), or a holyburst weapon for good dps. Unfortunately these are level 13 required, so it may be awhile before your level 11 rogue can use them.

Alternatively you could obtain the Ethereal Bracers from Ghosts of Perdition (these are level 11 bracers, but are a fairly rare drop so count on many runs). There are many people farming this quest these days because they are looking for the Icy Raiment (which would also likely be good for your rogue). It might be a bit tough to get people to accept you into their group for this quest, because a rogue without the right weapons isnt going to contribute alot (to a zerging group). Though in reality, 1 strong caster can basically carry the quest, so i dont see why there should be a problem taking a mid-level rogue along. In fact, they might be happy to take you if you offer to give them any icy raiments that drop, (and ask that any bracers that drop be given to you). Runs should be as quick as 5 minutes. <<bring an upgraded silver flame trinket for this quest if you are able>>

Good luck, my rogue hates undead as well.

I can skill boost it up to 18 and then Heroism boost it up to 20 but that doesn't work in many dungeons. Yes, it works in an undead dungeon like the Tombs or Deleras but so many dungeons have a smattering of undead inexplicably dropped in the middle of non-undead areas that I find myself constantly swapping weapons.

I can grab a +4 cha item and then use skill boost when needed (easier to use Skill Boost than to have to use Skill Boost plus a potion) but it will be level 13 before I can use UMD 20 items at will.

I'm still trying to get one myself, but you might want to run the Delara's series a few times until you get the Golden Cartouche for a +3 to your UMD. Right now, I've got armor with Command on it (for +2), but I'm planning to use the Cartouche as soon as I get one. I know, run an undead series to get something to help you with undead ... You also might want to consider the Skill Focus: Use Magic Device feat to get an extra +3 to your UMD.

I use disruptors primarily, but I keep 2 Greater Undead Bane weapons in my bank for those quests that have named undead. I don't worry about whether the weapon is piercing/bludgeon/slashing, as I rely on the special effect damage more than the weapon damage. And of course, Wall of Fire
    my rogue is sitting at:
    19 ranks
    +3 cartouche
    +2 charisma
    +4 greater heroism
    +3 skill focus feat
    +6 charisma skill item
    +5 human versatility boost
    total: 42 umd

while you may not get all the gear, you could start with getting deleras quest for the cartouche. get the skill focus: umd feat. this will add +6 to your umd for a total of 22.
If you want to know why...

Thanks all. I found a +1 Light Mace of Disruption on the AH for 30,000pp. I teamed up with my Cleric friend and we ran the Tomb series on Hard. Used the disrupter in my main hand and a +3 Sickle of Undead Bane in my of hand. About halfway through, the cleric stopped fighting and just hung back to heal and buff. I was an undead killing machine!

The only thing that didn't fall almost instantly was the wraiths. The incorporal misses combined with stupid-high saves meant I had to melee most of them down.

Thanks for the advice. I want another disrupter for the other hand!

Since I got a couple of transmuters I was able to really clear out my backpack. And it was all because of undead.

However, my rogue really needs some better weps for both undead and golems.

Disrupters would pretty much replace anything else. Or greater undead bane.
Both would be good, and I see no reason to carry any other weps than those. (well....maybe ghost touch)
I gave up a life of farming to become an Adventurer.

Undead saves will continue to rise, making disrupting harder and harder. Again, I highly recommend pairing your disruptor with a curse-spewer to lower those saves. Eventually, disrupting becomes somewhat obsolete (as the monsters start using deathward), so keep some holy of pure good, or greater undead banes handy for when that time comes.
