    Default Ritual stone of change...Develloper PLS READ

    Let me introduce new ritual idea for the stone of change;

    Lesser bane
    bane
    greater bane

    Imperfect dragonshard + (soul gem)Lesser essence of "x" = lesser bane of "x" (ritual bane 1) lvl 4 crafter minimum
    Flawed dragonshard + (soul gem)essence of "x"= bane of "x" (ritual bane 2) lvl 8 crafter minimum
    dragonshrad + (soul gem)stronger essence of "x"=Greater bane of "x" (ritual bane 3) lvl 12 crafter minimum

    EX;imperfect dragonshard +lesser essence of vermin=lesser vermin bane
    etc

    ** a weapon can only have 1 eldritch ritual bane effect in place at a time
    imperfect,flawed dragonshard no more drop from chest and must be crafted from siberys dragonshards

    unless you bump it up to 10/100/1000 soul gems for the lesser/bane/greater, that would be way too easy to do, way too powerfull.

    +2 ghost touch light mace of disruption and greater undead bane wooooooo.
    Consider that existing rituals give the following for weapons:

    1) Better hardness/durability on items that cant be perm. damaged anymore... nice for the W/P rapier at 5 durability on the Auction house, irrelevant to 99% of weapons.

    2) +1 damage per hit (vs +4.5/9/14.5 per hit for the bane family, which also gives +1/2/4 to hit)

    3) +1d4 on a crit, even on a barb weilding rapiers thats less than +1 damage per hit

    Considering how powerful bane effects are alone, would you really expect to see them addable to mineral 2 weapons? Or lightning 2?

    Switch Flawed and Imperfect.

    Make it a quanitity of soul gems such as 10 Lesser Essence of "X" instead of just 1.

    Remember, these components can only be acquired by either (a) a high level wizard (or sorcerer who took the spell); or (b) someone with vacuum (I think) on either an item or weapon. So, the effects of the ritual will most likely stack with existing enchantments.

    not too powerfull
    -Actual ritual are lowby ritual just as it need lowby collectibles for lowby effect
    -+2 ghost touch of disruption even + greater undead bane worth much less than a +5 GS 3x good!
    -to get a greater bane ritual you may need to collect 10 000 siberys dragonshards and 1 big soul rock and also you have to make the soul gem from it!
    bane weapon are only specialised in 1 kind of mobs so att all i dont think they are over powered!
    I also think that a very good/logic way to put that stuff at work!
    vaccum item not make strong essence!

    Ok,got your soul gem right here. Now what? Wasn't that simple? Point of fact, you'd have to make it a lot of gems for the greater. the 10/100/1000 is a bit much. But 10/25/50 may be about right.

    ok... i dont care how many...just want that ritual system up; " x" Shard + "y" Soul of "?" = "z" bane of "?"

    Effect is just too powerful (don't forget that greater bane is adding +4 to hit/damage, in addition to the dice). Simply put, stacking too many things on a single weapon makes it too powerful. There's a reason a holy disrupting weapon is worth more than the simple addition of value of a plain disrupter and a plain holy weapon.

    Now if you could do this on a weapon with no suffix, and have it still be limited to a total +10 enhancement or less, with appropriate ML (- whatever for being bound, I think it's 4), that could work.
