Two Weapon Defense Feat and Defensive Fighting

I was reading on a ddo wiki site that if you use Defensive Fighting and you have Two Weapon Defense that the feat will add 2 to your AC instead of 1 when fighting defensively. I've looked for the answer to verify this but cannot seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone happen to know if this is true or not?

Tested it out on my ranger. I get +2 AC with defensive fighting (which is as it should be, AC only changes by 2 when I activate it) and +5 when activating CE (again, as it should be).

Wherever it says you get more AC from some symbiosis of def. fighting and 2 weapon defence is wrong unfortunately

I was noticing the same thing, which I felt was odd when I saw it on the site and then testing it in game.
