Launcher Issue

New System (mac pro running vista 64), new install from the DVD.

The launcher starts just fine until it gets to the point where it says "getting alerts and news" and then it sticks - it's as if the pop up window from this mornings reminder about fraud alerts isn't able to come to the front. The system tray icon is there and it has the little bubble that says "a new alert had been received" but I can't click on either the launcher or the system tray and the only way to get them to go away is to use the task manager to end the dndlauncher process.

Is there a link to a file that will update my launcher to the current version? Help please!
