Aren't +6 items minimum level 13.

Except for the rarer ones from several mods ago. The ML11 gear is commonly RR.

Do you have a specific race you want for RR stuff or will u UMD it ?

May not be what you looking for but i have a +6 str ring of light fortification rr dwarf min level 13. Its yours for one blue scale (or equivelant plat amount.) Let me know and ill get it to you if it works for you.

Either ML 11 or 13 will do. Doesn't matter to me. My char has unbuffed UMD in the high 20s.
