Crit 20 W/E are not very exciting...

+6 COn rings are probobly in the top 10.. If not Top 5 of "Uber Gear"

Meh, I guess. For a caster since you can put them in your off hand with a green steel weapon +6 rings in general don't seem so awesome as they once were. But, yeah I'm with you on 20/crit range - but these two are really for monks specifically or DA users..
