i cant log in it goes retry 1 - 5 and thats what it says when i try to log in
should i reinstall the game?
somebody please help i want to play

Check your date / time settings.
A lot of times this error is caused by having the wrong year or date / time set.
Found a thread for the same error on the LoTRO forums. Each time it was the same:
