At the request of players seeking a more detailed classifieds section Semargl from Argonesson has created http://www.ddotrader.com

• Items can be searched by type and server
• Create ads with an expiration date
• set an expected price for each item
• link your list of ads in the ddo forums by account
• accept pms for auctions
• attach images to each ad

This site is completely free to use, and has been created to help out all those wanting to trade items on any server.

Each ad can be searched by server, keyword, minimum level, date, no more searhing through trade lists to find the item you are looking for.

Seriously though, is it going to allow bidding and buyouts or is just a way to find stuff and then mail someone, which you can pretty much do searching the forums anyway?

Looks a lot easier to find stuff than sifting through horrible trade threads

True - I suppose if you're just looking for "good rapiers" for example it's much easier, and being able to search by level range is very handy for twinking.

After some initial hesitation I've signed up - hope it goes well for all. Certainly an impressive looking site already.

We atre looking for sugestions etc, and one of the things we are looking at is ebay style auctions, but it would have to be programmed

Just checked it out. The functionality could do with some improvements.

Still trying to figure out to set minimum prices and buyouts....

As a suggestion, the site should have a standard description to guide ad posters.

Khyber looks broken. Says there is 1 ad total, but when you view all ads nothing is displayed. If you dig down into the various categories, it actually lists 2 groups with 1 item and 1 group with -1 item. Still nothing is displayed.
