Well sir, maybe you are missing my point completely. The point is that I have seen more bard cloaks than I have even run the quest, I am trying to make a point that the raid loot tables are messed up. Anyone that has run the titan 100 times can tell you the same thing, I have just been keeping better track of this raid than the titan.

If you think the loot tables are messed up and Turbine won't make you happy, what are your options?

I doubt Turbine wants him to leave. And it seems he doesn't want to endure.

I hope I don't ruin my guilds luck with posting in here but out of our 13 completions we have only looted 2 bard cloaks. The only thing we have seen fewer of in those 13 runs are Tharne's bracers (have yet to see them) Have seen 2 - 5 of everything else other than +3 tomes.

*edit* belive tally is something like

0 - tharne's bracers
5 - tharne's goggles
2 - outfits
5 - of the mith FP
4 - caster gloves
3 - caster bracers
2 - bard cloaks
1 - +3 tome (don't remember which)

I have seen 50x12=600 pulls from this chest with no tomes, I have talked to countless others and they all confirm that there are no tomes dropping. +2 tomes drop +3's do not at least in my experience, can anyone else confirm that +3 tomes drop from the raid chest in VoD.

I have seen somewhere in 1200 pulles range in Hound and have seen no +3 tomes either.

Well in the last 2 days 4 Vod runs 3 bard cloaks. Tonight we ran Vod 3 times 3 bard cloaks.

So that is run 54 for me and bard cloak #59, #60 and #61.

Boy I sure am happy with these drop rates, because now Im getting to where I have 2 or 3 bard cloaks on characters, its sweet 3 clicks of greater command.

Both sets of bracers are the rarest drop in this quest and when I say rare I mean rare, 3 total in 54 runs. 2 armor bracers and 1 caster bracers.

Yeah I'll agree it seems to drop alot.

Both my bards got it on their very first runs. High five!

That said, it's a nice item for a bard. You're gonna have a +6 chr item no matter. It adds the +15 perform which is supersweet for a bard.

Make it a mandatory Raid Loot item, and simply roll a 1dx, whereas x is the number of party members, then have it drop for whichever one, in addition to the other normal rolls.

That way, everyone's happy.


I've seen it one time in 16 VoD raids.

Then again, 9 of those VoD runs had 0(zero) raid items fall.

Im back with another bard cloak update....

5 more runs so thats 59 runs...2 more bard cloaks so that is 63 bard cloaks.

Will there ever be a day I surpass the number of bard cloaks...this last week was pretty good, 5 runs and only 2 bard cloaks.

To curb the bard cloak dropage we have impelmented a new strategy when opening chest, instead of 1, 2, 3 open it is now 1, 2, bard cloak and this seems to help, so if your seeing bard cloaks glore drop try this it may help.
