Is heavy armor worth a feat to a level 11 barbarin halfling dex is 17 str 23ish if i remember right. Could take a level of fighter so I woudlnt have to blow the feat.

Don't bother getting heavy armor, Mithral fullplate is superior. What you REALLY want when you can do the hound raid is the breastplate of destruction.
