my sorc has a couple of those but i think they are low caster lvl.

indeed, you didn't really specify what lvl shield wand you're looking for
so for all we know, you could be looking for the 10th lvl one, or you could be looking for the 1st lvl one :PPS: Greensteel RUINED the game! and you all know it!
