Queen Lailat will no longer have a chance of going invulnerable after teleporting away.
Nice. Got sick of that one.

You're reading that wrong.
The Coin Lords have commissioned the (House Phiarlain to remodel the interior of their theater house)
or
The Coin Lords have commissioned the House Phiarlain to remodel the interior of the House Phiarlain theater house
The "their" applies to the last noun used, in this case "House Phiarlain", not "Coin Lords".
Nice set of bug fixes. Handwraps, rituals, and mob spawns.

Haha, I was wondering about the same thing. Especially in light of this subject:
http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=155296
It becomes clearer and clearer that that both House Phiarlan and the Coin Lords are puposefully trying to distract attention from the issue. I wonder why...
Just another reminder for those of you dealing with your newly fixed handwraps and other items:
Read the release notes very carefully. Some item fixes are retroactive, while others require you to place your item into a Stone of Change first to be fixed. If you have an item that indicates you need to visit a Stone of Change to receive the bug fix, all you need to do is place the item into the Stone of Change and hit combine, no extra ingredients required. The Stone of Change will give you back the fixed version of the item in question.
Just a question: did you by chance mean CAN instead of CANNOT? Cause if that is so someone better edit that before someone makes a post complaining about that one
"In rare cases, level 10 and level 11 race restricted handwraps were not working as intended. These dysfunctional handwraps will no longer drop. Existing versions of the handwrapscannot be repaired by using a Stone of Change ritual. "
Done.
So I guess this means things like weighted and stat damage are working on them or are they still broken?
