Problem Connecting

Hello everyone,

I recently just completed to the trial download for DDO. I finished installing and was looking forward to logging in. Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem.

When the main screen pops up, it has the normal list of things (connect, examine programs, update programs, etc). The problem is, for some reason I cannot connect. It's been going on for around an hour now, and I have no idea what to do. I don't undertand since my internet connection is working fine...I cn't really tell what's wrong.

Does anyone know what to do? is anyone else having the problem?

Thats because all server is down for a update. It should be back by noon eastern time.
